It’s the long weekend in Canada and I spent the majority of it relaxing with my family- tomorrow I will squeeze in some work but for today it’s still the weekend! Woooooo hoo!
I have wanted a big floppy hat like this one forever. I love how it screams summer and hats are just so much fun. And can we talk about this bracelet? It is a piece of art, and handcrafted by a talented husband and wife team from right here in Toronto. And these pants! I couldn’t resist the whimsy and energy printed pants bring to any outfit (or room, for that matter).
How are you spending this long weekend? I hope whatever you are doing it is fabulous.
Designing for small spaces brings me not only to condos and tiny living spaces- today I am happy to share a space we recently completed for Empress Paper Crafts in Markham.
When designing commercial spaces, I really try to understand and embrace the brand and try to make the brand come to life in the decor. We created a jewel box of a space in 200 square feet with a patterned painted walls, practical storage and strategic display.
We revealed the space today to ecstatic smiles and hugs from the client. One of the big highlights of my job is helping people live (or in this case work) in spaces that will help give them the best quality of life possible. We are trilled with the results here.
